Axa acquires wind farms stake

AXA Infrastructure Funds has acquired a 30pc stake in four Italian wind farms from industrial group Tozzi.

Axa said its share represented a 136 megawatts generating capacity in the Puglia region of Italy. Both firms, which share common views for long-term investments, intend to pursue their co-operation...
