West Midlands Pension Fund chief pensions officer Mike Woodall is to retire in September after more than 14 years with the scheme.

Woodall joined in April 1994 from his previous position as assistant director of education at Wolverhampton City Council. He was named as manager of the year at the Scheme of the Year Awards 2002 ...
