TV LICENSING workers at Capita are threatening to strike in a bid to achieve equal pensions rights for all staff.

More than 430 employees who transferred to Capita from the Post Office five years ago have a final salary pension while 880 of their colleagues are members of the firm’s defined contribution scheme...
