THE PRIME minister and chancellor are blocking department for work and pensions' attempts to rescue 120,000 victims of wound-up pension schemes, the Pensions Action Group claims.
The action group said the plans could see the DWP channel £725m to those who have lost their scheme pension – a figure that would bring the level to around that paid by the Pension Protection Fund....
