CLOSURE of UK defined benefit pension schemes will continue in the next three years, according to the latest research from Aon Consulting.

In a survey of 115 UK firms operating DB schemes, the consultancy firm found that while 27pc are open to both new members and accruals today only 18pc would be in a similar situation in 2009. And ...
