HIGH court proceedings have been issued against the UK government by Pitmans law firm on behalf members from 25 wound-up schemes.

Representatives for the 8000 members in the schemes lodged claims with the firm prior to the publication of the advocate general’s opinion in the European Court of Justice to protect their pensions...
