THREE-QUARTERS of smaller firms have closed their final salary schemes as firms battle to absorb growing funding costs, a new survey shows.
And nearly one-in-10 firms with open schemes plan to close them, while a further 16pc said arrangements would be revised following government proposals including the introduction of auto-enrolment....
