TUC urges government to force voting disclosure

GOVERNMENT needs to take action and force fund managers to reveal their voting record, the TUC claims.

The findings of its fifth annual survey showed the number of managers disclosing their voting record at annual company meetings had fallen to just 45pc – down from 61pc in 2006 and 68pc in 2005. ...
