PENSION Protection Fund chairman Lawrence Churchill is to deliver the next Punter Southall lecture.

Churchill will discuss developing the protection agenda in an event hosted by Conservative MP David Willetts. The lecture takes place at London’s Commonwealth Club on November 8.
