AUSTRIA - Half the Austrian pensioners that retired last year have remained unaffected by last year's pension reforms, according to figures released the pension agency PVA.
News reports said that of the 8,845 people who retired in 2003, 48.6% did not suffer any losses through the reforms. On average, people who retired last year lost 2.24% compared to their entitlemen...
