UBS concedes to pension fund demands

SWITZERLAND - USB has issued CHF15bn (US$14.7bn) of capital following calls from shareholders, including Swiss pension fund Profound.

UBS said the rights issue would be fully underwritten by four leading banks - JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs. It said the rights issue would be proposed to shareholders...
