SWITZERLAND / GERMANY - Zurich Financial Services (ZFS) has announced that it is in an 'advanced stage' of negotiations with Deutsche Bank, over the sale of asset manager Zurich Scudder Investments (ZSI) to the German firm.
With the exception of UK-based Threadneedle, Deutsche Bank is looking to acquire ZSI for an undisclosed sum. As part of the deal, ZFS said that it may acquire the German group's insurance divisions...
