GLOBAL - Property investment managers Jones Lang LaSalle has seen net investment income decline by US$1.8m (£1.15m) over the last quarter.
Its third quarter operating income was US$11.1m, compared to the previous quarter’s total of US$12.9m. The manager saw strong performance in UK capital markets but weakness in UK leasing markets.
