GLOBAL - The number of expatriate employees has almost doubled over the past few years as companies increasingly see the value in worker mobility and develop international benefit schemes to cope, Mercer has said.
The latest edition of Mercer's Benefits Survey for Expatriates and Globally Mobile Employees showed numbers of expat workers rose from 50,000 in 2005/06 to over 94,000 this year, a rise of 90%. ...
