GLOBAL - Economists are predicting an interest rate "freeze" in the US, which will boost overseas equities and high yield corporate bonds.
They do not believe rates will rise until December or even early 2005 because of uncertainty surrounding the strength of the US economic recovery. Predictions for the US are being revised upward...
