CHILE - Amendments and opposition could slow the passing of the pension reform bill which the government wanted approved before the state of the nation address on May 21.
Some 20 amendments were submitted by the ruling Concertación and opposition party coalition Alianza por Chile yesterday to the current reform bill which would shake up the 26-year-old AFP industry....
