GLOBAL - MSCI performance figures for early reporting funds in its Hedge Fund Composite Index showed growth of 1.3% in December.
MSCI says this points towards total growth of 3.9% for the whole of 2002. This compares to the MSCI World Equity Index which fell by 4.9% in December and by 21.1% over the whole of last year.
