Cookson Group hires Premier as TPA

Cookson Group (now Vesuvius) has hired Premier as third party administrator for its £500m defined benefit scheme.

The 5,500-member scheme will transfer to Premier in June. The move comes after the Cookson scheme entered into two buy-ins with Pension Insurance Corporation, worth £320m and £30m, in 2012 and 2013...
