Tis the season for lower call volumes at TPAS

The festive season might spark a rise in the number of shoppers flocking to the high streets but it has also seen a decrease in call volumes at The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS).

Chief executive Michelle Cracknell revealed December was the service's lowest month for calls and enquiries, after it recorded a total call volume of 60,000 last year (PP Online, 26 July). Crack...
