Schroders CEO to step down but remain at firm as chairman amid board reshuffle

In its latest set of results, Schroders has announced a number of senior changes to its board, including CEO Michael Dobson stepping down from his role, as well as global head of distribution Massimo Tosato retiring from the board.
In a widely expected move and as reported by Investment Week last month, chief executive Dobson will step down from his role after nearly 15 years, to be replaced by Peter Harrison with effect from 4 April....
