WPC launches probe into self-employed and gig economy workers

The Work and Pensions Committee has launched a wide-ranging inquiry to examine whether the UK welfare and pension systems adequately support the growing numbers of self-employed and gig economy workers, and how it might be adapted to suit their needs.
