Transfer take-up plummets as contingent charging ban has impact alongside scam-riddled backdrop

The contingent charging ban has already had a sizeable impact on defined benefit (DB) pension transfers, with take up at the lowest it has been since 2016, according to Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP).
