Tyne and Wear targets 60% reduced carbon by 2030

The Tyne and Wear Pension Fund will look to reduce its carbon emissions from 2019 levels by up to 60% by 2030.

The fund said the "bold target" was a result of a number of recent measures taken to improve its green credentials. It also aims to reduce emissions by 35% in the next three years. A report to members...
