Nest reveals median gender pay gap of 9.5%

Scheme makes pledge to increase diversity and inclusion in order to close pay gap

Nest has published its latest gender and ethnicity pay data, revealing a median gender pay gap of 9.5% and a median ethnicity pay gap of 11.9%.

The scheme said the gender pay gap - equivalent to £3.07 per hour - marked a reduction of 1.4 percentage points from 2020/21, when the gap was 10.9% or £3.41 per hour. It said the median ethnici...
