Two former pension trustees of the Worthington Employee Pension Top Up Scheme have been ordered to appear at Preston Crown Court in a prosecution brought forward by The Pensions Regulator (TPR).

The watchdog accused the former trustees of making five prohibited loans from the Worthington scheme and one prohibited investment with a combined value of £700,000, TPR said in a statement today. ...
