Transfer complaint against teachers' scheme upheld

The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO) has upheld a maladministration complaint against Teachers' Pensions (TP) regarding a historic transfer made to a suspected scam scheme – ordering the transferring scheme to reinstate a pension which had been worth nearly £220,000.
