Aviva invests £20m in low-carbon housing manufacturer

Aviva Capital Partners has invested £20m into low carbon housing manufacturer TopHat, supporting its major new factory in Corby and the creation of 1,000 new jobs.

The factory is expected to be operational from summer 2024 and will be capable of manufacturing 4,000 ultra-low carbon homes per year, and is set to become Europe's largest modular housing factory....
