ACA: more certainty is needed if Freedom and Choice will be expanded to DB

More clarity is needed following an HM Treasury release of technical tax documents in a bid to avoid a “tax limbo” for defined benefit (DB) schemes and their members, the Association of Consulting Actuaries (ACA) warns.
