The Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Access pool has appointed CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) to manage its UK core and global real estate mandates.

The pool, which manages £35bn of assets for 11 administering authorities, expects its mandate sizes to be up to £1.25bn for its UK core real estate mandate and around £550m for the global real esta...
