Professional Pensions is teaming up with the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) to discuss its annual Purple Book.

In an exclusive webinar at 10am on 6 December PP editor Jonathan Stapleton will be joined by PPF chief actuary & interim chief financial officer Shalin Bhagwan and PPF actuary James Emmott to discuss the latest edition.

The annual survey of scheme finances paints a holistic picture of the risks posed by UK defined benefit (DB) schemes protected by the PPF - giving an idea of the latest trends in scheme de-risking, asset allocation, and membership, among numerous other areas.

The Purple Book is a publication used by the compensation scheme to shape its funding and investment strategies, with statistics as at March 2023.

This webinar will be your chance to find out the most recent data impacting the PPF, while putting your questions to Shalin and James, plus a panel from the PPF.

Anyone interested in hearing more about this year's Purple Book is invited to register online and submit questions on the day.
