Broader scheme impact expected in wake of NTL v Virgin Media ruling

The majority (56%) of respondents to a recent PP poll predict the NTL Pension Trustees v Virgin Media case over section 37 of the 1993 Pension Schemes Act will have a broader impact on schemes.
