Defined benefit (DB) transfer values in October fell to their lowest value since October last year, research from XPS Group shows.

The latest data from the consultancy's Transfer Value Index revealed DB transfer values fell by 2% last month and reached a month-end position of £153,000 which marked a continued trend of two cons...
