One third of DC savers have less than £10,000, FCA says

One third (33%) of defined contribution (DC) pension savers have less than £10,000 saved in their pension, research from the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) finds.

The FCA's latest Financial Lives survey of 18,000 adults found more than half (56%) had a pot of more than £10,000, with the median amount between £20,000 and £30,000, the same as in the 2022 surve...
