TPR fines Now Pensions and trustee £50,000 each for reporting failures

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has fined Now Pensions and its sole corporate trustee, Now Pensions Trustee, the statutory maximum of £50,000 each for reporting failures.

The regulator fined them both for "historic failures" relating to reporting of significant events and breaches of law, referring to three instances which were not reported to TPR, covering over 80,...
