Mativ Holdings schemes secure £105m buy-in with Rothesay

The Scapa Group Limited Pension Scheme and the Fibermark UK Pension Plan have completed a £105m buy-in deal with Rothesay, securing the benefits of 1,341 members across the two schemes.

  Mativ Holdings is the parent company of both scheme sponsors, Scapa Group and Neemah Red Bridge International, meaning the transaction fully secured members of both schemes at the same time. ...
