Amendment covers pension schemes seeking an exemption and will be voted on today

The House of Commons is set to vote today (27 April) on a further concession on mandation as the Pension Schemes Bill continues the parliamentary ‘ping pong’ process.

The Lords last week shut down the Commons' amendment which proposed a ‘sunset' clause, which would place a time limit on the reserve power. Ahead of the Commons vote, secretary of state for work...
