Specialist defined benefit (DB) scheme insurer Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) has today (3 August) opened One Eastside, a 51-storey build-to-rent development in Birmingham.

Built on a brownfield site, the tower has 667 apartments alongside co-working spaces, hospitality spaces and an outdoor terrace. PIC said the project had created 87 local jobs and generated £33.5m ...
