Barnett Waddingham officially rebrands as Howden

Barnett Waddingham has officially rebranded as Howden.

Howden announced the "landmark" acquisition of the consultancy in March 2025, confirming the combined business would offer a full range of employee benefits and pension advisory services.

At the time, Howden said the deal will double its employee benefits business in terms of employees – to around 4,000 experts delivering combined revenue of around £500m globally.

Commenting on the rebrand, the firm said: "While our name and visual identity are changing, our people, expertise and commitment to working collaboratively with you remain the same.

"Becoming Howden brings together Barnett Waddingham's specialist knowledge with the scale, capability and global reach of the wider Howden group."

Howden said service for Barnett Waddingham clients and scheme members would remain the same, via their usual contacts – adding that Barnett Waddingham phone numbers would continue to work as previously.

Howden's website can be found here. Its LinkedIn page is here.
