FCA figures reveal surge in pension withdrawals over past two years

Total value withdrawn has jumped from £53.6m in 2023/24 to £91.2m in 2025/26

Latest Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) retirement income figures show the surge in pension withdrawals has been driven by fears over government tax changes, the industry says.
