My leader of two week's ago ‘The Real DC Outrage' seems to have caused quite a bit of a stir - with some people expressing concern that I may have actually appeared to have agreed that high fees are an issue within occupational DC schemes.

This is far from the case. Let me be quite clear, I believe the issue of high fees in decent occupational DC schemes is a red herring. Few schemes have fees higher than 1% a year and, in many cases...
