Delays to the publication of the sponsor insolvency scores that will underpin 2015/16 Pension Protection Fund (PPF) levies have come as an unwelcome surprise to many schemes.

The lifeboat fund announced it would switch from Dun and Bradstreet (D&B), which has provided the service since the PPF was set up in 2005, in favour of Experian last year (PP Online, 31 July 2013)...
