Yes… if the park is massive, full of unexpected hills, a few treacherous potholes, a lost walker, a stray dog, several noisy picnics and right when you thought you reached the exit… a mythical dragon than descends from the skies and pops you back to the entrances… and twirls you around a few times.

I exaggerate, but…not by much.  It is doubly difficult when it is a voluntary code that carries a lot of weight.  The industry is keen to see the updated Pension Scams Industry Group (PSIG) scam...
