UBS Global Asset Management has confirmed Southwark Council will rent a property development in London Bridge for £7.5m a year.
The property, 160 Tooley Street, is owned by UBS South East Recovery Fund (SERF) and has been leased to Southwark Council for 25 years at a rate of £38.50 per square foot, with five yearly rent reviews....
