Financial resilience is a high indicator of financial wellbeing. Debi O'Donovan explores how benevolent funds help staff in financial trouble.
A number of employers and professional associations offer benevolent funds for employees or members in need of financial help.
One of these is the Institution of Civil Engineers Benevolent Fund (ICE), which helps all civil engineers who are, or have been, members of ICE.
