Jan de Bruijn is a client portfolio manager for the Emerging Markets Equity team. Prior to joining Robeco in 2018, Jan was Managing Partner of Sephira EM Asia, an emerging Asia equity fund based in London. Previously, he was Head of Global Emerging Markets at Mackenzie Investments and Head of Asian Equities at Lion Global Investments, both in Singapore, and he held several roles as lead portfolio manager of Asian related funds for Gartmore, Threadneedle, Scottish Widows and Shell Pension Fund. He started his career in the industry in 1992. Jan holds a Bachelor's (Hons) in Economics from the University of Surrey and he holds the ASIP designation (UK CFA Qualification).
