UK - ING Real Estate Investment Management has appointed Charles Follows as head of UK research and forecasting.
The firm said it made the hire to "support its strategic growth and the increasing pan-European nature of pension fund mandates".
Follows joined from the Investment Property Forum, where he was the research director. In his new role, he will be responsible for the day to day management the firm's UK team. He will report to Ian Whittock, managing director.
Fellows spent three years with the Investment Property Forum, and prior to that, seven years in charge of the forecasting and investment strategy team at C.B. Hillier Parker (now CB Richard Ellis).
