Paul Armitage has been made principal consultant at the National Pension Trust, Xafinity's fully flexible defined contribution (DC) master trust.
He started working at the firm on 8 February and joins from Scuderia Consulting, where he was managing director supporting benefit consultancies with strategy and implementation in DC.
Previously Armitage (pictured above) was a DC consulting director at JLT for three years and a managing director for DC consulting at HSBC Actuaries and Consultants for over 12 years.
Xafinity deputy managing director Ben Bramhall said Armitage's experience would "best support our clients in making the most of freedom and choice".
