AXA Asia pacific rejects AMP's bid

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND - AXA Asia Pacific Holdings (AXA AP) has rejected an A$11bn (US$10.2bn) acquisition offer by Australian financial group AMP claiming it undervalued the company.
