Rachel Holmes has been hired as a senior scheme manager by The Pensions Trust.
She joined at the start of February 2016 and will take charge of managing and delivering client engagement across a range of schemes.
Holmes previously spent 20 years working for Mercer where her most recent position was client service manager which she held for 11 years.
She led the company's relationship with a number of its large clients.
The Pensions Trust executive scheme manager Andy O'Regan said Holmes would be a "fantastic addition" to the team given her client-facing experience.
