Stuart Breyer has been made chief executive of Mallowstreet platform to lead the next phase of the firm's growth.

He has worked at the firm for just over six years as a director and was head of communications at Redington for two and a half years before that.

Dawid Konotey-Ahulu and Robert Gardner, who are co-founders and majority shareholders at Mallowstreet, said Breyer (pictured above) would bring focus to the company's future plans.

In a joint statement they said: "As we look to the future, it is important the business continues to have a clear and focused management team, alongside an effective board and shareholder group. Stuart has been with the firm since launch and he wholeheartedly shares this vision and passion."

Breyer added that Mallowstreet's community portal and ‘University' educational events were places where trustee education and collaboration could be developed.

Konotey-Ahulu and Gardner, who also co-founded Redington, said they were looking for a chief executive to be appointed in the future there as well.
